Each of the 3 guest suites opens to a private balcony overlooking 90 Mile Beach and the Tasman Sea. The guest suites are spacious, and beautifully appointed in modern furnishings and décor. Each suite has expansive bi-fold doors opening to a private balcony, a sitting area, TV, fridge, and large modern en suite. Sumptuous continental or cooked breakfast is included and offered in our large open plan living area. A guest lounge with satellite TV is available downstairs. Enjoy the luxurious privacy of your room or mix and mingle with other guests or your hosts downstairs in the open airy living space.

Watch stunning sunsets from your private balcony with ocean views to the horizon. To the Northeast is the vista of 90 Mile Beach drifting off into the distance. To the South is Shipwreck Bay and the stunning beauty of the reef and giant sand hills. Enjoy a glass of wine, read, or try some of the activities available in the region.

Shipwreck Lodge is a scenic four hour drive North of Auckland. To travel by air, fly from Auckland to Kaitaia airport (a 25 minute drive from Shipwreck Lodge).
